		<description><![CDATA[Jay, I just finished reading the Cooperstown Casebook.  I have fooling around for years (or from the time I found baseball reference web page) with something similar to what you have been doing.  Not so much as to who belongs in the Hall of Fame but trying to determine in my own mind the greatest players.  I generally use 10 years of WAR rather than 7 as you have.  My question is how did you handle pitchers hitting.  There have been some great hitting pitchers (i.e. Wes Farrell) and some terrible hitting pitchers (i.e. Bob Buhl).
