Many of you will recognize the name Nick Stone, a pal of mine who’s been the sounding board for innumerable thoughts and opinions I’ve ended up sharing here over the years. Possibly the most superstitious fan I know, Nick was at Game Seven of the ALCS against the Red Sox, chewing through bag after bag of sunflower seeds. He was kind enough to share his amusing account of that game for this site.
